We do not charge any upfront or advanced fee in presenting your properties to the market. We only charge you the commission when your property is successfully sold/let and the payment has been made to you.
Our standard fees:
Sale commission: 3% of the agreed sale price.
Rental commission: One month of the rental price per one-year contract
Buyers/tenants
Our services to you are Free of charge. We only receive commission from landlords/sellers.
